Ingredients
- 1 (24 ounce.) can cherry pie filling
- 1/2 (18 1/2 ounce.) pkg. yellow cake mix
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1/4 c. walnuts
- finely minced
- 2 tbsp. brown sugar
- packed
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- Vanilla ice cream
Instructions
- Arrange cherry pie filling in an 8-inch square glass baking dish.
- Sprinkle with cake mix and dot with butter.
- Combine walnuts, brown sugar and cinnamon in bowl; sprinkle over top of cake mix.
- Microwave (HIGH) 10 min; rotating dish 1/4 turn every 3 min.
- Serve hot with ice cream.
- Makes 6 servings.
