Ingredients
- 10 ounce. pkg. frzn minced broccoli
- 3/4 - 1 c. butter
- 3 tbsp. butter
- 11 ounce. can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 1/2 c. lowfat milk
- 1/2 c. grated sharp cheddar cheese
- Salt
- pepper and garlic pwdr to taste
Instructions
- Boil broccoli in water till tender.
- Pour off water.
- In large sauce pan heat soup, butter, lowfat milk, broccoli and grated cheddar till creamy and smooth.
- Add in more lowfat milk if you want it thinner.
- Add in seasonings to taste.
- Wonderful on a cool winter's night served with warm, buttery French bread.
