  • 1 pkg. (4 oz.) BAKERS Semi-Sweet Chocolate, broken into small pieces", "1/4 cup butter or margarine", "3/4 cup sugar", "2 eggs", "3 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee, divided", "1 tsp. vanilla", "1/2 cup flour", "2-1/2 cups cold milk", "2 pkg. (3.9 oz. each) JELL-O Chocolate Flavor Instant Pudding

Instructions

  1. Heat oven to 325F.
  2. Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  3. or until butter is melted.
  4. Stir until chocolate is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
  5. Add sugar, eggs, 1 Tbsp.
  6. coffee and vanilla; mix well.
  7. Stir in flour; spread onto bottom of 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray.
  8. Bake 25 min.
  9. or until toothpick inserted in center comes out with fudgy crumbs.
  10. (Do not overbake.)
  11. Cool completely.
  12. Add milk to remaining coffee in medium bowl; stir until dissolved.
  13. Add pudding mixes; beat with whisk 2 min.
  14. Let stand 2 min.
  15. Spread over pie.
  16. Refrigerate 3 hours.
