Ingredients
- 1 cup Dijon mustard
- 1 cup apricot preserves
- 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast
- 116 teaspoon curry powder (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
- Mix equal parts of apricot preserves and dijon mustard in a bowl.
- You'll want enough to cover the chicken.
- Add chicken and make sure it is covered with the mixture.
- If it is not, add equal parts of each until chicken is covered.
- Empty entire contents of bowl into a baking or casserole dish.
- Bake in preheated oven for about 30 minutes.
- Check to make sure center isn't pink.
