Ingredients
- 150 grams Fresh okara
- 3 tbsp Katakuriko
- 1 Egg
- 1 can Canned tuna
- 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
- 2 tbsp Panko
- 2 tsp Soup stock granules or chicken stock granules
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together.
- If the okara is too dry, it will be hard to shape the mixture.
- So please adjust accordingly.
- Shape the mixture into nugget shapes and fry them with oil.
- Note: I could make them without using any eggs or panko but with a little more katakuriko.
- They were so chewy!
