East Coat Crab Appetizer Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 pound Velveeta cheese
- 3/4 c. butter
- 1 pound shredded crab meat
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms
- minced and liquid removed
- 2 Packages English muffins
- lightly toasted
- quartered
Instructions
- Heat cheese and butter together over low heat.
- Stir in crab and mushrooms.
- Spoon onto muffins.
- Place under broiler till slightly browned.
