Ingredients
- 1 Egg
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 200 ml Milk
Instructions
- This is all you need for the ingredients!!
- Very simple.
- Crack the egg, and add the sugar and milk.
- Pour through a strainer.
- Place in your containers and wrap.
- Put two cups of water in an earthenware pot and bring to a boil.
- Spread crinkled aluminum foil on the bottom.
- Carefully add the containers, cover with a lid, and steam on medium heat for 2 minutes.
- Stop the heat and let sit for 15 minutes while still covered.
- Once the 15 minutes have passed, remove from the pot.
- Once cooled, chill in the refrigerator and it's complete!
- Top with maple syrup if you like, it's very delicious.
- You can also use cups or ramekins!
- Aside from an earthenware pot, I also made this using a Le Creuset pot.
