Duritos

Ingredients

• 1 lb dry duros de arins
• 1 1/2 cup oil
• 1 tapatio sauce to your liking
• 1 lime juiced

Instructions

1. heat oil and add 10 at a time the dry duros
2. stir constantly to assure the whole duro fluffs
3. remove from oil and place in a paper towel lined dish
4. serve in a different dish and add lime juice and tapatio sauce to liking
