Ingredients
- 1000 g shrimp
- 12 cup olive oil
- 2 cups dry white wine
- 8 g garlic (two garlic cloves)
- 15 g black olives
- 5 g fresh sage
- 5 g capers (best salted
- if not
- pickled)
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pot and add shrimps.
- Fry them 5-7 minutes and add wine.
- Cook until alcohol evaporates.
- Slice olives into round slices (remove stone), add fresh sage and capers.
- Add some water to cover shrimps.
- Cook additional 10 minutes.
- Serve.
