Ingredients
- 3 c. lowfat milk
- 3 Large eggs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3 tbsp. sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla or possibly nutmeg or possibly 1/2 teaspoon rum flavoring
Instructions
- Beat Large eggs till well blended.
- Heat lowfat milk, sugar and salt in large thick pan, stirring constantly.
- Remove from heat when just ready to boil.
- Pour warm lowfat milk over beaten Large eggs, slowly.
- Then return mix to stove, stirring constantly.
- Cold slowly till white skum comes on spoon.
- Remove from heat and pour into pitcher.
- Add in flavoring.
