Ingredients
- 3 bunches Seedless grapes (I used Delaware grapes)
- 1 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Remove the grapes from the stem, put them in a bowl, fill it with water until the grapes are completely covered, add salt and gently wash them.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Then, after draining the excess water, lay the grapes in a single layer on the baking sheet, taking care not to overlap.
- Bake in the oven at 100C for 90 minutes.
- To prevent uneven cooking, rotate the baking tray, and bake at 100C for another 90 minutes.
- Keep an eye on them, making sure that they do not burn or become too dry.
- After each check, bake for 20-30 minutes, repeating this step about 4 times.
- If the grapes stick to the parchment paper, use a spatula to remove them.
- If possible, sun-dry the grapes for 2 days beforehand, and the grapes will wrinkle up.
- This will prevent them from sticking to the parchment paper while baking.
