Dried Fruit Soup Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 quarts. water
- 1 stick cinnamon
- 4 c. mixed dry fruit
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/3 c. quick cooking tapioca
- 1/2 c. grape or possibly cranberry juice
Instructions
- Wash and soak dry fruit.
- Add in cinnamon to water and fruit.
- Simmer till tender, about 1/2 hour.
- Add in tapioca and cook another 15 min.
- Remove cinnamon stick and add in grape or possibly cranberry juice.
