Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup butter flavored Crisco melted
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 package (8 ounce) cream cheese softened
- 2 eggs
- 3 and a half cups of confectioners sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Grease 9x13 pan with butter flavor Crisco.
- Combine cake mix, the two eggs, melted butter flavored Crisco and milk in mixer.
- Mix until just moistened then spread evenly in pan.
- Beat the cream cheese until smooth.
- Beat in the eggs and sugar and vanilla until smooth spread evenly over the cake mix.
- Bake for 35 minutes then cool completely then cut into squares
