Ingredients
- 2 lb Chicken wings
- 1 cup All purpose flour
- 2 tbsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Black pepper
- 1/2 cup Teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 cup Sweet chili sauce (Asian style)
- 1/2 gallon Frying oil
Instructions
- Use scissors to cut wing tips off and cut wings into drums and wing portions
- Put flour, salt and pepper into a bag and mix up
- Put oil in frying pan approximately 3 inches deep with oil and heat to 350F.
- Test with a candy thermometer or drop a discarded wing tip to test oil for frying temperature.
- Look for wing tip to fry but not smoke.
- Toss wings in bag of flour to coat lightly shaking off excess flour and set aside while oil heats up to 350
- When oil is 350 start frying wings.
- Fry at 350 for approximately 8 to 10 minutes or until crispy on outside and wings have golden brown color.
- Depending on the equipment used it typically takes 3 batches to fry all wings
- Mix teriyaki and sweet chili sauce together in bowl.
- Toss wings in sauce and serve!
