Ingredients
- 3 Packages yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 c. water
Instructions
- Mix together the above and set aside.
- 2 teaspoon salt 1 stick butter 1/2 c. sugar
- Mix together flour, salt and sugar.
- Cut in butter then add in 3 c. hot lowfat milk and 1 egg and the first set of ingredients.
- Put on floured board and knead 10 min, adding more flour till dough is not sticky.
- Grease a large bowl and also grease the ball of dough.
- Cover dough and let hot to double in size.
- After dough has doubled in size, roll out into rolls.
- Set aside to rise again.
- Then bake at 400 degrees for 20 min.
