Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp. black pepper
  • 4 small salmon steaks (1 lb.)
  • 1 inch thick Walmart Supercenter 1 lb For $5.00 thru 02/14
  • 3/4 lb. sugar snap peas
  • trimmed

Instructions

  1. Heat grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Mix first 3 ingredients until blended.
  3. Reserve half for later use; brush fish with remaining mayo mixture.
  4. Grill fish 14 to 16 min.
  5. or until fish flakes easily with fork, turning after 8 min.
  6. Meanwhile, bring 2 inches water to boil in large saucepan.
  7. Place peas in steamer basket; place over boiling water.
  8. Cover; cook 5 min.
  9. or until peas are crisp-tender.
  10. Place fish on plate; drizzle with reserved mayo mixture.
  11. Serve with peas.
