Dijon Alfredo Sauce
Ingredients
- 1-1/4 gal. whipping cream
- 2/3 cup chicken base
- 1-1/4 qt. KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1/3 cup minced garlic
- 3 cups GREY POUPON Classic Dijon Mustard
Instructions
- Bring cream just to boil in large saucepan on medium heat.
- Add chicken base, cheese and garlic; stir with wire whisk until well blended.
- Cook until desired thickness, stirring occasionally.
- Blend in mustard.
- Keep warm until ready to serve.
