Ingredients

  • 6 cups fresh fruit
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton low-fat vanilla yogurt
  • 12 cup part-skim ricotta cheese
  • 14 cup packed brown sugar

Instructions

  1. Divide fruit among four 10- to 12-ounce au gratin dishes.
  2. Places dishes in a 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
  3. In a small bowl stir together yogurt and ricotta cheese.
  4. Spoon the yogurt mixture over fruit.
  5. Sprinkle with brown sugar.
  6. Bake, uncovered in a 450 degree F oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until brown sugar is melted.
  7. Serve immediately.
