Ingredients
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce
- 1 pkg. (8 ounce.) cream cheese
- 1/2 c. mayonnaise
- 2 1/4 ounce. can of deviled ham
- 1/4 c. minced green pepper
- optional
- 2 tbsp. minced pimento
- 1 tbsp. minced onion
Instructions
- Hollow out head of lettuce, set aside.
- Mix all ingredients well.
- Fill lettuce with mix.
- Wrap lettuce head firmly in foil.
- Refrigeratethoroughly.
- Slice diagonally to serve.
- This salad can be made a day ahead to save time.
