Deviled Corn Dip
Ingredients
- 1 cup cooked corn kernel (roasted or grilled in the husk)
- 12 cup chipotle salsa (no substitutes)
- 2 ounces sharp cheddar cheese
- grated fine
- 1 12 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon minced fresh cilantro
- tostadas or corn chips
- for serving
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients together and refrigerate at least 30 minutes.
- Serve with tostadas or corn chips.
