Dessert Noodle Kugel
Ingredients
- 1 lb broad egg noodle
- cooked according to package directions
- 1 lb cottage cheese
- 1 pint sour cream
- 4 eggs
- beaten
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple
- drained
- 8 ounces butter
- melted
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except butter thoroughly.
- Pour into 9X13 baking dish and pour butter over all.
- Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 1 hour.
