Ingredients
- 100 grams Bread (strong) flour
- 4 grams Baking powder
- 10 grams Sugar (light brown sugar)
- 30 grams Caramel syrup
- 1 Egg
- 20 grams Yogurt
- 2 Banana
- 2 grams Cinnamon
Instructions
- Preparation: Peel the banana and chop it up.
- If it's not ripe, microwave until softened.
- Mix together the egg and sugar in a bowl.
- If you use a hand mixer, it mixes up nicely.
- Add the caramel syrup, yogurt, and cinnamon and mix together.
- Add 2/3 of the banana and mix.
- Sift the dry ingredients and fold into the dough (don't knead).
- Fold in the remaining banana.
- Pour the batter into the cake pan and bake at 180C for 25-30 minutes.
- When a toothpick or skewer inserted in the center comes out clean, it is done.
- Let the cake cool in the pan.
- Once cooled, remove from the pan and wrap with plastic.
- It's even more moist and flavorful the next day.

- You could use honey as well.
