Ingredients
- 3 Potatoes
- 1 dash Parsley
- 1 dash Salt
Instructions
- Peel the potatoes, chop them into bite-sized pieces, and put them into a pot.
- Cover with water, then boil them until they can be pierced easily with a skewer.
- Shift the lid of the pot and pour out the water.
- Cover and agitate the pot.
- This will fluff them up.
- Sprinkle on salt and parsley, stir, then it's done.
- Serve as a side dish with hamburgers or fish a la meuniere, or serve them as a snack.
- They're easy but delicious.
- Potato lovers will go crazy over them!
