Ingredients
- 1 12 lbs lean ground beef
- 1 cup small sliced mushrooms
- 2 tablespoons chopped onions
- 12 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 slices swiss cheese
- 4 hamburger buns
- toasted
- salt and pepper
Instructions
- Salt and pepper beef and grill or pan fry to desired doneness.
- While they are cooking, saute mushrooms, onion, and garlic powder in the butter.
- (Please only use butter).
- When burgers are almost done, add cheese and 1/4 of the mushroom mix too the top of each burger.
- Drizzle just a little of the butter on each also.
- Put on buns and serve!
