Delicious Maitake Mushroom, Cabbage & Scrambled Egg Salad

Ingredients

  • 1/4 Cabbage
  • 1 pack Maitake mushrooms
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 to 1 tablespoon Chinese soup stock
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Vinegar
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions

  1. Roughly chop the cabbage into 2cm wide pieces and microwave for 3 to 5 minutes.
  2. Squeeze out the moisture with your hands.
  3. Break apart the maitake mushrooms and microwave for 2 minutes.
  4. Add salt and sugar (1 teaspoon) to beaten eggs.
  5. Make scrambled eggs in a frying pan.
  6. Add the remaining ingredients and season with the ingredients marked with .
  7. Let cool before serving.
