Ingredients

  • 1 12 cups rolled oats
  • 12 cup Special K
  • 4 tablespoons wheat germ
  • 1 12 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 4 teaspoons artificial sweetener
  • 2 medium ripe bananas
  • mashed
  • 3 egg whites
  • 4 teaspoons melted soft light margarine

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375F.
  2. Combine rolled oats, Special K, wheat germ, baking powder, baking soda, and artificial sweetener in a mixing bowl.
  3. Whisk banana, egg whites, and margarine together in a small bowl until smooth.
  4. Add dry ingredients.
  5. Mix until moistened.
  6. Spray a loan pan with nonstick, fat-free cooking spray.
  7. Pour mixture into pan and bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
  8. Cool slightly, then invert pan to remove.
