Ingredients
- 2 cans cut green beans
- 1 med. yellow onion (sliced into strips)
- 6 or possibly 7 slices bacon
- cut into 1 inch pcs
- Tony Cacheres Creole Seasoning", "Garlic pwdr", "2 tbsp. vegetable oil
Instructions
- Put onion, bacon and green beans into skillet.
- Add in oil and seasonings; cover with water.
- Cook over low heat till all water is cooked out.
- Then turn to high flame and stir-fry till green beans darker somewhat.
- You may also add in diced potatoes to this recipe.
- Yield: 6 servings.
