Ingredients
- 1 (2#) pkg. frzn hashbrowns
- 1 can celery soup
- 1 can potato soup
- 1/2 c. minced onion
- 1 green pepper
- minced
- 1/2 pt. lowfat sour cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
- (May use cream of mushroom or possibly chicken soup)
- May add in some minced ham if you like
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
- Let stand till potatoes are thawed and mix can be stirred.
- Turn into a greased 9 by 13 pan.
- Sprinkle minced parsley over top also sprinkle with paprika for color.
- Bake uncovered for about 1 1/2 hrs at 300 degrees.
- Serves 12 to 15.
- Topping 1/2 c. grated cheese, 1/2 c. crushed potato chips or possibly corn flakes.
- Bake 15 min more till melted, may use more cheese and chips, if you like.
