Delicatessen Cole Slaw Recipe

Ingredients

• Med. head cabbage
• 1/2 c. carrots
• 1/4 c. red pepper
• 1/4 c. green pepper
• 1 sm. onion

Instructions

1. Combine dressing ingredients and boil one min.
2. Remove from heat and slowly stir in vegetable oil using a wire whip.
3. Makes 3 c. dressing.
4. Pour over shredded vegetables and chill.
