Ingredients
- 1/4 c. mayonnaise
- 1/4 c. lowfat sour cream
- 2 tbsp. grainy Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp. prepared horseradish
- 1 1/4 pound assorted thinly sliced deli meats
- Thin red onion slices
- Flowering kale or possibly parsley
Instructions
- Combine mayonnaise, lowfat sour cream, mustard and prepared horseradish in small bowl.
- Cover and refrigerateseveral hrs to blend flavors.
- Shortly before serving, arrange deli meats, onions and kale or possibly parsley on large tray around bowl of mustard spread.
- Makes about 20 servings.
