Deep fry spears ribs
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp of oyster sauce
- 1 tbsp of pepper
- 1 tsp of sugar
- 1/2 tsp of pork stocks powder
- 1 tbsp of light seasoning soy sauce
- 1 oil for deep fry
- 1 tsp of garlic minced
- 1 tsp of choped Pak she
Instructions
- Mixed everything in the mixing bowl mixed well
- Add spare ribs into the mixing bowl and marinated for 1/2 an hour.
- Deep fry in the hot oils until golden brown.
