Date Nut Pudding Recipe

Ingredients

• 2 3/4 tbsp. minute tapioca
• 1/2 c. brown sugar
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 c. boiling water
• 1/2 c. nuts
• minced
• 1/2 c. raisins
• 1/2 c. dates
• minced
• 1 teaspoon vanilla

Instructions

1. In heavy pan mix tapioca, sugar, and salt.
2. Add in boiling water.
3. Cook over medium heat till clear, stirring.
4. Add in rest of ingredients.
5. Cook 5 min.
6. Add in vanilla.
7. Cold slightly.
8. Pour into dessert glasses.
9. Serve cool with half and half.
10. Serves 4-6.
