Date Nut Pudding Recipe
Ingredients
- 2 3/4 tbsp. minute tapioca
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/2 c. nuts
- minced
- 1/2 c. raisins
- 1/2 c. dates
- minced
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
Instructions
- In heavy pan mix tapioca, sugar, and salt.
- Add in boiling water.
- Cook over medium heat till clear, stirring.
- Add in rest of ingredients.
- Cook 5 min.
- Add in vanilla.
- Cold slightly.
- Pour into dessert glasses.
- Serve cool with half and half.
- Serves 4-6.
