Date Nut Balls No Bake Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 c. (sm. pkg.) dates
- cut fine
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 1 egg
- Healthy pinch of salt (optional)
Instructions
- Cook in double boiler till thick - about 30 min.
- Cold and add in 1/2 c. finely minced nuts and 2 c. Rice Krispies.
- Cold to handle.
- Form into small balls and roll in flaked coconut or possibly crushed Rice Krispies.
