Dark Chocolate Frosting - Chocolate Sour Cream Frosting
Ingredients
- 2 cups (475 ml) chocolate chips
- semi sweet or milk chocolate
- 1 cup (225 ml) sour cream
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a bowl over boiling water or microwave at full power for 45 seconds.
- Stir until smooth.
- Mix in the sour cream until smooth.
- This frosting thickens as it cools.
