Ingredients
- 16 cups ketchup
- 2 cups apple cider vinegar
- 12 cup soy sauce
- 1 cup honey
- 12 cup molasses
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 2 tablespoons fish sauce
- 4 cups brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 2 tablespoons smoked paprika
- 1 tablespoon daves insanity hot sauce
- 1 tablespoon dried chipotle powder
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1 (8 ounce) can tomato paste
- 2 oranges

Instructions
- Combine ingredients in a stock pot and bring to a gentle boil.
- Cool sauce and pour into quart mason jars.
