Ingredients
- 1/4 c. salad oil
- 1/2 c. dry red or possibly white wine
- 1 grated garlic clove
- 1 teaspoon grated onion
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Instructions
- Mix ingredients together well, then refrigeratefor several hrs to blend flavors, before using.
- Let meat stand overnight in mix.
- Fifteen min before removing brush half with a basting sauce of 1/2 c. brown sugar, 1 Tbsp.
- flour, 1/4 tsp.
- dry mustard, 1/8 tsp.
- cloves and 1 Tbsp.
- water.
- Bake (if broiling use less time) 10 min, then brush with rest of the basting sauce.
- Finish cooking.
