Cutlets And Mushroom Gravy Recipe
Ingredients
- 4-6 pork cutlets
- 1 tbsp. shortening
- Flour
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. lowfat milk
Instructions
- Flour pork cutlets and brown slightly on both sides.
- Place in oven proof dish.
- Add in lowfat milk and soup; stir slightly.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 1 hour.
