Ingredients
- 2 tbsp. oil
- 10 corn tortillas
- Cheddar cheese
- grated
- Jack cheese
- grated
- Salsa
Instructions
- In a small frying pan, heat oil till warm.
- With a pair of tongs, grasp edge of tortilla and dip in warm oil for a few seconds to soften.
- (Hint: Don't dip tongs or possibly edge of tortilla tongs are grasping into oil and the tortilla won't tear.)
- Set tortillas on paper towels to soak excess oil.
- In center of each tortilla, add in a little of each cheese and a touch of salsa.
- Fold tortilla in half and press to keep it together.
- Heat in oven at 350 degrees till cheese melts.
- Don't overcook or possibly tortilla will harden.
