Curry Turkey
Ingredients
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 -3 teaspoons curry
- 14 cup onion flakes
- 3 tablespoons flour
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 cups cooked turkey
- salt
- to taste
- pepper
- to taste
Instructions
- Melt butter and add curry, heating for 2-3 minutes, then stir in onion flakes and cook until tender, not brown.
- Blend in flour, salt and pepper, once mixed add broth and cook stirring until boiling.
- Add turkey and bring the mixture to boil again.
