Curry Rice With Spinach And Mushrooms
Ingredients
- 1 bunch Baby spinach
- 1 tsp Japanese curry
- 3 oz Mushrooms
- 3 cup Arborio rice
- 2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 large Onion
Instructions
- Cut onion and mushrooms in small pieces.
- Put chicken broth to boil and set on low heat.
- Fry onions for one minute then add rice.
- Let it fry for another minute and add spinach.
- Use coconut butter for frying.
- Add salt and the Japanese curry
- Use risotto technique.
