Curry Pork & Shrimp Filled Buns
Ingredients
- 350 g flour
- 180 g water
- 300 g ground pork
- 5 g oil
- 10 g scallions
- 100 g onions
- 10 g shrimp
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 teaspoons curry powder
- 10 g skim milk
Instructions
- Mix Meat with seasonings until blended.
- Roll in flour.
- Deep fry inskillet for 3 to 4 min per side.
- Remove and drain.
