Curried Turkey Salad Veronica Recipe
Ingredients
- 1/2 c. diced cooked white meat turkey
- 1 teaspoon snipped chives
- 2 teaspoon chopped fresh tarragon or possibly parsley
- 1/4 teaspoon curry pwdr
- Healthy pinch of cumin seeds (optional)
- 1/4 c. green grapes
- halved
- 1 tbsp. each: low calorie mayonnaise
- plain low fat yogurt
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Arrange turkey, grapes and chives on top of lettuce.
- Stir remaining ingredients together and spoon over salad.
