3/4 c. Hellmanns mayonnaise", "1/2 stick butter", "1 (16 ounce.) can French-style liquid removed green beans", "1 (4 ounce.) can sliced mushrooms", "1 (8 ounce.) can water chestnuts", "1/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese", "3 1/2 to 4 c. cooked diced turkey", "2 c. herb stuffing mix", "1 teaspoon curry pwdr", "Salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
Combine Large eggs, soup, mayonnaise, curry, salt and pepper.
Place beans in a buttered 2 qt casserole.
Layer half of turkey, mushrooms, waterchestnuts, egg-soup mix and cheese.
Repeat.
Top with stuffing which has been tossed in butter.
