Curried Salmon Over Rice Recipe
Ingredients
- 1 (15 1/2 ounce.) can liquid removed salmon
- 1/3 c. minced green onion
- 1 1/2 teaspoon curry pwdr
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. lowfat sour cream
- 4 c. warm cooked rice
Instructions
- In a small saucepan saute/fry onions in butter.
- Add in curry pwdr.
- Stir in lowfat sour cream and gently mix in salmon.
- Heat thoroughly, but don't boil.
- Serve over warm cooked rice.
