Curried Egg and Artichoke Spread

Ingredients

• 6 eggs
• hardboiled
• peeled and chopped
• 6 ounces artichoke hearts
• 14 cup mayonnaise (can substitute plain yogurt)
• 12 cup sour cream
• salt
• pepper
• curry powder

2. Adjust spices.
