Cucumber-Yogurt Dip for Vegetables
Ingredients
- 2 cups plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 12 cup olive oil
- 12 garlic clove (finely chopped)
- 12 cucumber (peeled
- seeded and chopped)
- 12 small onion (finely chopped)
- salt
- to taste
Instructions
- In a bowl, whisk the yogurt, lemon jucie, olive oil, garlic and salt.
- Stir in the cucumber and onion.
- Cover and chill for at least 1 hour.
- Serve with raw vegetables or crackers.
