Cucumber Cheese Salad Recipe

Ingredients

• 1 (3 ounce.) pkg. lime Jello
• 2 (3 ounce.) pkg. cream cheese
• softened
• 1 c. mayonnaise
• 1 teaspoon horseradish
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 2 tbsp. lemon juice
• 3/4 c. shredded or possibly grated unpared cucumber
• 1/4 c. finely sliced green onion

Instructions

1. Dissolve Jello in 3/4 c. warm water.
2. Add in next 4 ingredients.
3. Beat smooth.
4. Add in lemon juice.
5. Refrigerateslightly.
6. Add in cucumbers and onion.
7. Refrigeratein mold till set, sprinkle with minced maraschino cherries when unmolded.
