Cucumber-Berry Smooth Shake
Ingredients
- 12 crisp cucumber
- 1 cup of fruit on bottom yogurt (preferably Berry)
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon honey
- 13 banana (for sweetness and richer texture)
- 12 cup 2% low-fat milk
Instructions
- Cut cucumber into rings and place in blender.
- Add all other ingredients and blend until smooth.
