Ingredients
- 4 cubed steaks
- 3 tbsp. fat
- Flour
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion
- minced
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. brown sugar
- 1/2 c. ketchup
- 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 c. water
Instructions
- Heat fat in skillet; dip steaks in flour and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Brown with onion in warm fat.
- Prepare remaining ingredients and pour over steaks.
- Cover and cook slowly till meat is fork tender, about 20 min.
- Add in a little water if it gets too thick.
