Cuban Eggs Recipe

Ingredients

• 6 Large eggs
• 1/4 c. sausage
• 1 teaspoon minced onion
• 1/2 teaspoon salt
• Pepper

Instructions

1. Cook meat and onions together for 5 min.
2. Beat the Large eggs till light.
3. Add in the seasonings and pour into the pan with meat.
4. Cook slowly, stirring constantly till Large eggs are thick and creamy.
